Our Cancellation Policy:

Recognizing that we do set aside the scheduled time just for you, have other clients to consider and have to maintain a smoothly running business, SpasivaUSA asks that you respectfully provide a minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation by calling us at 954-536-8743.  

We charge ½ price for the first missed session and full price for all others thereafter. 

Canceling of an appointment in less than 24 hours or failure to attend a scheduled appointment with the intent on redeeming a gift certificate will result in the forfeiting of that certificate.   Last minute cancellations will result in ½ price charged for the first occurrence.  Full price will be charged thereafter. Fees are non-refundable and have no cash value on future appointments.

Clients who have cancelled at the last minute or have failed to show up for a scheduled appointment will be asked to guarantee future appointments with a credit card.
Refusal to provide us with the credit card information will result in termination of our relationship.  We do understand emergencies (personal, health or weather-related) do occur. As a courtesy to us to enable rescheduling of your appointment time, we do ask that you call, notify us of your emergency situation and reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations. 

 Our No-Show Policy:

A client who fails to show up for a scheduled appointment and does not provide 24 hours cancellation notice, will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment. No-shows will also result in voidance of gift certificates. Fees are non-refundable and have no cash value on future appointments.

Our Late Arrival Policy:

Out of respect and consideration to your esthetician and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.  
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  In essence, you will receive only the amount remaining of your scheduled appointment including the time needed to fill out paperwork.  Depending upon how late you arrive, your esthetician will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. 
You will be considered a "No-Show" if you are not there at your appointment within 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and if there was no phone call to cancel or reschedule.
